As an Online Health member, can I be referred for an in-person visit?
If your concern requires an in-person visit, our trusted partner physicians can be scheduled to see you in their office face to face.
My family member is sick – can I use my account for their visit?
You will need a separate profile for any children, relatives or spouses. This allows our providers to accurately review their profile and history.
Who are your healthcare providers?
Our Certified Clinicians go through a rigorous selection process to become a part of our network. Subsequently, each Certified Clinician is monitored through our industry leading Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Process.
How much does a visit with Online Health cost?

If you access Online Health services through an employer or another member-based group as a benefit, your cost is determined by the organization’s specific plan. As an individual, your cost is determined by the medical interventions required and your choice of services. All costs will be shown prior to scheduling an appointment.
What requirements do I need to use Online Health?
A valid email address is required to create your account, and a valid credit or debit card, or valid Paypal account, is required to pay for services not covered by a plan. Users must have an Internet connection.
